Rob Simons

Outgoing and pragmatic, Rob has a strong ability to think on his feet. While preferring to settle his cases without going to court, he does not shy away from litigation if necessary. He possesses extensive experience with dismissal cases, reorganisations, works council procedures and transfers of undertakings. Member of the Netherlands Employment Lawyers Association (VAAN) and Grotius (cum laude). Special interest in sports law. Acts as arbitrator for Court of Arbitration for Sports ("CAS").
