Rob Simons appointed arbitrator of Court of Arbitration for Sports

We are proud to inform you that Rob Simons, Partner in Employment Law, has been appointed arbitrator by the Court of Arbitration for Sports ("CAS"). The CAS is based in Lausanne, Switzerland and is the highest legal body within international sports law on international sports matters. The disputes CAS handles can involve many sports. Rob is listed on both the football list, and the general list. This means Rob can be appointed as an arbitrator in football cases, but also in other sports cases (such as Olympic sports).
