Pindustry acquires stake in Valveco

Pindustry, a Dutch investment company investing in high-potential industrial companies, has acquired a stake in Valveco, a Dutch supplier of valves, actuators, pipe couplings, vent caps, flanges and services for the maritime and offshore sector. The head office, located in Barendrecht, organizes central sales and stock. Offices for technical support and product supply from stock are located strategically in Portugal, Poland, Spain and the US. The main reason for the acquisition is Valveco’s desire to further strengthen and expand its growth opportunities and competitive position.
