Parcom and the current shareholders have reached an agreement on the acquisition of Zorg van de Zaak Netwerk B.V. ("Zorg van de Zaak")

Zorg van de Zaak is the occupational health network for the working Netherlands. The Zorg van de Zaak network reaches over 1,3 million people in employment through 67,000 employers. The network includes occupational health and safety services, intervention companies and care institutions that together offer integrated solutions for the development of vital organisations in which people are strengthened in taking control of their own health, work and lives. With Parcom as investor, the initiated strategy, focused on the wellbeing and vitality of the employee and prevention and reintegration in case of sickness, will be continued. Together, Zorg van de Zaak and Parcom want to grow further as an integral service provider in the field of sustainable employability.

DVDW has assisted the founder and shareholders of Zorg van de Zaak Netwerk in the sale of Zorg van de Zaak Netwerk to Parcom.
