Henri Bentfort van Valkenburg has been appointed as President of the Dutch national insolvency association INSOLAD

DVDW is proud to announce that DVDW partner Henri Bentfort van Valkenburg has been appointed as President of the Dutch national insolvency association INSOLAD. We’re looking forward to seeing the association develop further under his guidance in what are likely to be trying times for the business community.

INSOLAD is a specialization association of the Dutch Bar Association and has over 700 members, prospective members and fellows. Members are experienced lawyers, who have passed an entrance exam and meet the requirements of continuing education and devote a significant part of their practice to restructuring and insolvency. The primary goal of the association is to strive for a quality restructuring and insolvency process. In that area, In addition, INSOLAD maintains contact with European and international associations with a similar objective, such as INSOL-Europe.
