Erwin Bos joined DVDW as per 1 April 2020

We are proud to announce that Erwin Bos has joined DVDW as per 1 April 2020.

After a career at successive international laws (Clifford Chance and recently Simmons & Simmons), he has agreed to join forces with DVDW. Erwin has a wealth of experience in restructuring and insolvency, with an excellent record in advising various stakeholders on the various issues such stakeholders face both in a national as well as in an international context. In the past few years, as a result of his attention to the healthcare sector has been a sought after R&I advisor in this particular field.

He will be joining forces with the restructuring team of Theo Hanssen, working in close cooperation with Theo and former banker Bert Winnemuller.
