DVDW Team Banking & Finance

DVDW has grown significantly in size over the past years. Thanks to the growth of the team, the growth of our practice and our client network, we are taking further steps to underpin the added value of our services. One of those next steps was an obvious one to us that we would like to share with you, nonetheless. As of this summer, DVDW has joined the Loan Market Association (LMA) as an associate non-UK member.

Joining the LMA enables our team to broaden and deepen our Banking & Finance capabilities when assisting borrowers and lenders with documenting their facility agreements and security rights.

While the team already combines significant experience in the field, membership of the LMA further strengthens our capabilities through the association’s know how and development.

The DVDW Banking & Finance team headed by Theo Hanssen and Erwin Bos are keen to further broaden the Banking & Finance practice, combining it with the (distressed) M&A and restructuring capabilities that sit well with the wider DVDW team.
